Do not use this office if you value your time. They do not value your time. Today I took my father for a follow up and it was 1 hour 45 minutes before he was seen by Dr assistant. This happened to me also a couple years ago and I switched and will never come back. Why do they make appointments?

I applied as a new patient and waited and waited almost two weeks for a called back or any sort or correspondence. I called the office to see if I was accepted and at first I was told they couldn't find my application. The office then called me back saying that I had been denied. I asked why but was told that the Doctor didn't need a reason.I called back a few weeks later to see if the he was still accepting new patients and still taking medicaid and was told yes to both. So apparently, he just didn't feel like caring for my set of problems. This was at the new location at National Road.

I love Dr. Wilson. He and his NPs are incredible, thoughtful, and thorough. The staff is ON THE BALL. They are so competent and compassionate. They are always able to get me in in an emergency. I cannot speak more highly of the care my family has received here.

I think he’s incompetent! He doesn’t listen to what your saying he over talks you! His staff is very good they really know what is going on,him not so much! I think he needs more bed side manners because he is rude!!
