List of David Mosman's Reviews
Love the doctors but trying to call into the office is a nightmare. The phone system keeps dropping my call. It gets frustrating after waiting in queue for 40 minutes just to have the call dropped right as I reached next call to be answered.
I love the doctors but the office staff makes this place almost unbearable. I have had to call 10x for them to fax papers to my children's school and their new doctor since we have moved, which after months they still haven’t done. Their new doctor sent over the forms months ago but they never faxed them back so then I had to call in which they said they would and never did and when calling the time before last was told they could not find everything so would call me back and didn’t. I then called again a few days later and was hung up on 2x then put on hold for half an hour for them to answer and, what I assume, just lay the phone on the desk bc I could hear all of the office workers conversing and laughing in the background instead of working and then hang up the phone after a few minutes with nothing said or any responses over the phone. Very unprofessional office staff that definitely could use training or new employees.
Staff actually turned off phones to office because "they were getting too many calls" so you can't get ahold of doctor and I have a very sick baby. They told me this when I went in. Worst staff!
Dr Mosman and staff are very caring and will do their best to help! We've been patients for 17 years. We have never had a bad experience. I trust them completely!
We love dr. Morris and Mossman, however, their staff and receptionists need to watch how they talk to and about people. Today my daughter had her 9 month check up and due to covid they’re doing well visits across the hall. I didn’t know this, so I signed in at the office and a blonde older lady with frizzy/teased hair told me I’d be going across the hall. Confused I asked why and she explained. Then I went looking for the office across the hall. There’s no signs or anything, so after running around looking for the other office I went back. Another lady, who I didn’t even talk to, with box dyed black hair and messy eyeliner said “ugh... she’s back,” under her breath. It was completely uncalled for, so I said “yes. I am back. Where exactly is the office?” To the lady with the 80s styled hair. The box dyed woman spoke up and said across the hall. Vague. I asked for the suite number. She said “there’s a sign!” Almost yelling. I yelled back “there’s a sign on the wall, but not on any doors, but thanks,” and went to another office where a kind elderly woman provided me with better directions. There were signs on the wall, but they were pointing down the hall and not to the office door or anything helpful. I’m extremely disappointed in how they acted and how they treated my daughter and I near Christmas. We will be looking for a different pediatrician.
Dr. Mosman has been our daughters' pediatrician for years. We have always had a great experience with the doctor and staff.
Amazing staff & the doctors really listen! Highly recommended!!!
Dr. Mosman is a great Dr. He saved my son in 2015, my son had jaundice and got it before it got dangerous. He had him stay at wheeling overnight to be treated. Then in 2017, I have another son, he was born five weeks early. He was having a hard time eating, they got him to eat and he watch him and made sure he was able to eat well enough before going home. I highly recommend this doctors office. They are amazing with babies!
Worst ever! They never told me you couldn't miss or reschedule so many times so they kicked my 2 year old out they took 3 to 4 months to make a decision made her behind on 2 shots they are worthless don't go here.
great group of doctors! the best in the valley!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
