Dr. Chui billing department is billing me 77.00 for reading an EKG that I did NOT request him to read. I went to the ER on August 18th at wheeling wheeling. He supposedly read the EKG on August the 19th. I did not even get to see a DR at wheeling hospital because the wait time was too long after 30 minutes of me waiting in a filled ER room with a heart that wasn't beating correctly I drove to Weirton Medical Center where I was promptly seen and treated. So.#1 this doctor never saw me#2 he looked at an EKG 24 hours after it was taken#3 I did NOT ask him to review it.#4 I left the ER which is a clear indication that no further services were requested or required by the patient and they are still trying to bill for services that were not sought!! That's called FRAUD.
