My daughter (21) had a return patient visit last week at the Wheeling office. She was advised by her primary care physician to see her dermatologist, she is having medical issues and her physician wanted input. My daughter felt she was not listened to at all. She has had a skin condition most of her life, and manages it well. She tried to explain that this is different, but was rushed away with a prescription for prednisone, which she declined. She will not be returning. zero stars.

I received laser hair removal treatments at the spa with no change in my hair. The staff was very nice. At the dermatologist office horrible experience I’ve been trying to get a medicine prior auth sent to a pharmacy since December 2020. No luck! Horrible business!

I have been to Skin Reflections Medical Spa on several occasions and the staff is ALWAYS friendly, professional and take the time to explain their services in detail. Highly recommend. My skin has NEVER looked better.

This doctor totally destroyed my face. He is a monster and needs to lose his license. If you have had a terrible experience like I have, please report to the West Virginia Board of Osteopathic Medicine, he needs to go out of business before he ruins more lives!

I just want to say what a pleasant experience I had at the spa. The staff was so sweet and knowledgeable and patient with me. The Dr. was very patient and knowledgeable as well ! I truly enjoyed my several treatments there. I highly recommend skin reflections med spa for any treatment !!!
