She’s average. . She’s moody,, sometimes friendly, sometimes cold and disinterested. One member of our family had a health emergency and she told him to call another hospital. She didn’t even suggest the ER!

Dr Jones is a caring physician. When my lab tests came back abnormal she personally called me and asked me to go to the hospital. She is efficient, disciplined, and direct. She also has a dry sense of humor.

Dr Jones is truly awesome! A recent unexpected medical issue has occurred with a family member and needed immediate follow-up with a PCP. We were in need of a new one - the old one wanted to just refer the family member to a specialist without even an exam! Dr Jones agreed to accept a new patient. She has a great personality, did a great job going over issues, what we need to do, what to look out for and addressed many potential secondary issues I hadn't even thought of. I can't recommend her enough! She will be getting a few more new patients (myself & other family members) once our other priority issues are over with.

We went to this office for 35 years and recently Dr Jones basically ignored concerns my father needed addressed for years we have finally left and found a new family dr. I would not recommend.

Both doctors at the office now treat hospital politics and business as more important than lives and health of their patients.
