Dr. Vollinger has a wonderful bedside manner. He explained everything and asked if I had any questions. I felt very relaxed talking to him and having the procedures done. I definitely recommend him. His staff and the staff at Medical Park are awesome. Thank you Dr. Vollinger and staff.

This dr should not be called a doctor. It’s absolutely shameful what he does. Doesn’t help patients at all. Office staff is extremely rude and very incompetent. If you have impacted bowels and have been a patient here before they will not help you and say over and over again that you’re not a patient even though you have a colonoscopy scheduled in a couple months. They lose records and are extremely stupid. I can’t explain how stupid the office staff is and the dr is the same. GIVES NO HELP. One star is too much for this horrible office.

I have worked along side Dr Voellinger and experience his compassion and kind hearted bedside manner towards his patients first hand. His professionalism and skills make him one of the best Doctors around this Ohio Valley and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Exceptional physician. Caring bedside manner. Upbeat and very personable. He is just as kind hearted towards those he works with. He is professional and takes his time with his patients. . He really knows his patients too.They aren't just a number and you can see that right from the start. Gladly recommend his services.

Horrible doctor. It takes forever for him to see you if you run into any issues. He rushes you in and out of his office. His bed side manners are awful. When I was extremely sick weighing only 90lbs from an infection he told me he would see me in 6 weeks. And just completely dismissd how sick I was. That's when I knew it was time to find another doctor. Dr. Naum never would of treated me this way.

Horrible at returning calls when your having problems. Also doesn't spend enough time with patients. He's always in a rush to get you out and gives you no time to ask questions. I would rather be back up UPMC if it wasn't for insurance reasons.
