I went into Med Express as I was feeling very ill. The lady who checked me in, another lady who did my vitals and the gentlemen that took my medical information were all very KIND and pleasant. The NP who came in afterwards was very condescending and not compassionate at all. I am retired medical of 35 years and would never treat a patient with such an attitude. When I asked what I could do to feel better, she told me some things at which time I told her I had tried all that she suggested to no avail. She then told me " these treatments are not instantaneous' and was abrupt. I told her that I felt that maybe I was wasting my time, since her attitude was so negative and this upset her. I am not a person who demands things the are not available, she could have told me that there was no treatment without being so nasty and sarcastic. She should either change her attitude or find another profession, medical care is not for her. Lynn H
