Please note this review in only on appointments. I looked at the online appointment schedule, which was very open, and selected a time that would be convenient for me over my lunch break. I arrived prior to my scheduled time for checking in. At 1 minute after the scheduled time I had completed check-in, and was told they would call me back shortly since it was near my appointment time. It was 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment before I was seen by the intake staff. When I questioned the value of an appointment if it was essentially first come first served, I was told it was corporate policy. Why give the option, or even go through the appointment process, if you aren't going to honor it? Note my Google name is not my actual name.

The lobby and examination was clean and comfortable. I was feeling so sick but didn't have to wait to get checked in. All the staff was empathetic and caring. Checking out was quick so I was able to leave right away to go home!

Wonderful in all regards from the receptionists to the nurses to the PA-C. Zero wait time. Respectful and very thorough with my condition. Would recommend to anyone needing this type of service.
