Absolutely horrible. Have been trying to get my Covid test results so I can go back to work if it’s negative. No one can seem to tell me the result or actually help get me logged into their patient portal. On top of that a friend of mine also went for a Covid test for work and they refused to give him one and said they were just going to take it as he had Covid since came in contact with people who tested positive. They threatened to call the cops because he told them he needed the test and wouldn’t leave until they either tested him or agreed not to bill for the visit since they didn’t do anything and gave a false diagnosis. Terrible…

Best facility ever for (Slipped disks)

My daughter had to have emergency surgery to remove her appendix. The staff was awesome from the ER, OR to the 5th floor. It made it so much easier even though you could tell they were short handed. They were very patient and kind.

I am beyond pleased with Mon General! Going in nervous and scared to death for my baby, they all helped overcome my fear! All the nurses and Doctors were excellent! I had a C Section a little early at 37 weeks. Dr. Sherman was the one who delivered my sweet baby! She did amazing! My baby is doing amazing! My time spent there was great and I can't thank everybody who works there enough ❤

I just delivered my little girl here a few days ago and couldn't have been happier with the staff. During these trying times, my husband and I have been upset that we couldn't share our big day with our family. However, Dr. Arthurs and the nursing staff were so kind and friendly. They all made our stay there pleasant. I can't speak enough of how professional this facility is. If I decide to have another child down the road, I am definitely coming back to Mon Health for my appointments and to deliver. I highly recommend!

In the mist of all the COVID-19 stuff going around, I had a csection scheduled .. I had an absolutely amazing stay in labor and delivery and such a positive experience with Dr. Prettyman and his team! And the nurses were top notch! I would 100% recommend mon health for labor and delivery!

Thanks to all the great ladies and men who were working the midnight shift and day shift early this morning! I woke up at 1:30am with pain in my right side. I tried to tough it out. At 3am I knew it was time To go. I was worried about putting myself and wife at risk for catching the cov-19. The staff was wonderful to me, even when the received a very unruly patient who required being held down by the entire staff working in the emergency room. It took fours to get to the no pain level. It was probably the worst pain I have ever had for that long! Makes me appreciate all those women who suffer through labor to bring a new life into the crazy world! Mon Health care is a joke! No actual concern for patients. got my appointment cancelled twice with no regard to my pain and me having rescheduled my own work schedule. HORRIBLE COMPANY and I hope WVU crushes them.

The L&D department was fantastic! The team of nurses( Charity, Mary, Kiley, Heidi, Rachel) and Dr. (Herring)delivered my daughters baby with such excellence and professionalism..... we were very impressed! They took her through the stages of labor and delivery with knowledge and careful consideration! Delivery was safe and expert! We will be forever grateful for the care given💖 Thank you to all who participated in her care and her daughters care!!
