Joanna Stover never calls back. Never refills meds unless I call repeatedly. Never fills out required paperwork until several calls from me and the PT staff. I can rarely get an appointment when needed in a timely manner. Care is horrible. My dad made an appointment. Had to go to a different office and see another provider. They marked that his lungs were clear. Later that evening we had to call an ambulance. He was placed in ICU on a ventilator with the flu and pneumonia with a lot of fluid in his lungs.. If the Drs are too overloaded then stop taking new patients, hire more staff, or work longer hours. This kind of care is not ok!
