I have a very rare condition that causes debilitating fatigue, like days in bed to recover from a short activity. The radiation fatigue was so bad it impacted my ability to breathe and I nearly died, so I had to stop treatment. Office waited was informed. FIVE HOURS after my apt, a tech calls to ask where I was and tried to hang up on me. The only check in call I have received to date was a call demanding payment. No nurse follow up, no questions why I couldn't return, no inquires into my well being, nothing other than demand for payment. That's not care and concern, that's a for profit enterprise.

I was referred to the Rocky Mountain Oncology Center for an Axumin Pet Scan for prostate cancer. Dr. Purviance was listed on my BCBS FEP billing statement. I never actually met Dr. Purviance. I only met the technician who performed the scan.
