My mom had a heart attack whlie visiting Wyoming and Dr. Skaf diagnosed every thing that was wrong exactly . Knowing she is not from here and the severity of her vascular issue he referred her to Cleveland Clinic as mom wanted to be closer to her home. I took her to Cleveland Clinic and the top heart people in the world did their tests and repeated what Dr.. Skaf had said was wrong with mom verbatim.I was blown away. Mom and I are very grateful to Dr. Skaf. Besides being so thorough,he genuinely cares about his patients well being . Casper is very fortunate to have him. thank you Dr. Skaf

Have been there a few times with concerns. Dr. Pickrell and staff were wonderful. He ran tests and assured me that all was well with my heart. He also adjusted my blood pressure meds and since then, I'm doing well. I highly recommend Dr. Pickrell.
