Do not waste your time with this dr...In 2018 I tore my shoulder good and winter asked for an MRI and it showed 2 complete torn rotators and the infraspinatous muscle was "a near full length tear with just a cple of fibers remaining" . He did the surgery and told my wife first then me when I woke up, that he fixed all 3 and then did an extra procedure on my bicept tendon. After 1.5yrs of complaining about range of motion and pain which he said "that might be as good as it gets, it is probably scar tissue". Me and my wife finally convinced winter to get another MRI in June of 2020. The incompetent dr's possehn, radiologist, and winter BOTH said, there was no tear, no rip, nothing structurally wrong with my shoulder. Did not like that and got to see Dr Aukerman at Premier Bone and Joint over in Laramie, which is who I would HIGHLY recommend!!!! Dr Aukerman took that same MRI and found a torn infraspinatous muscle with no work done to it, which means he lied to us, and a blown suture that winter had done. Now after a RECONSTRUCTION OF MY SHOULDER I am pain free and have all my motion back and the strength is returning slowly!!!! Remember they said nothing was wrong with that MRI....LMFAO. But the bad thing is I was an anesthesia tech in the operating rooms of cmrc and because it was taking a long to come back the hospital crmc got rid of my job. Thanks for having my back crmc...or should I say for having the dr's back. We will see here very soon. Forgot to mention I was going to have 40 to 50 physical therapy appointments but he let me start going to the gym after only 8 PT appointments. I think this is when he knew he screwed up!!! Very bad dr that does not know how to read an MRI!!!
I was referred to to Dr. Winter by one of his previous clients. When I met with him he was straight to the point, I needed both my knees replaced. He explained to me what this would entail and set the date for the surgery. It has been a little over 3 months and I am doing great. Dr. Winter is great would recommend him with no reserves. If you have medicare and would like to be treated like you are less than, he is the doctor
Attempted several times to schedule therapy. Don't waste your time if you are a VA referral or Triwest insured. They do not want you as a customer.
This was my first time to this office, i was greeted right away. All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr, Kisicki is one of the best doctors that i have seen he explained every possible question that i could have come up with. I really appreciated the time he took to explain all of the information that i needed to know. This is a great place to come for your orthopedic needs.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
