List of Coulter Neves's Reviews
I had my third kiddo here in July of 2022. The staff was amazing, came up with a quick plan once realizing I was in active labor. They were very supportive of my birth plan. My nurse- Kara- during labor was amazing! She had amazing bedside manner and when I finally decided to get an epidural she was so supportive and helped me through the whole process! I had one nurse during post partum that I wasn’t the biggest fan of, however I think it was more of a clash of personalities than anything else. Dr Bevridge was my delivering dr with one of the students from the college and they were so great! All around the staff helped me to have a quick and healthy delivery! Sure seems like this hospital is more about the amount of money they can charge for the least amount of care. They doesn't care about helping you find out what is going on with a patient, there only concern is how there numbers look and how big of a bonus the CEO, of this "NON PROFIT" facility will receive.
Dana the tech in the ER is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. I really don't know how she even has a job there. As long as she is there I do not recommend the care she or they have to offer.
Scheduled a appointment almost 3 months in advance just for an hour notice that their was a mix up and the doctor wasn't even there today. Also can't reschedule with that doctor again for another month and 1 week, even though it was their mess up.
I have never had a horrible experience past the ER but last week I was intubated here due to my auto manse disease causing it to fail and need help breathing. Within 10 minutes dr was in and they were putting me under for sedation. I warned them I'm tolerant for a tiny stature woman and to please not let me be awake. However I was and physically incapacitated I felt every single thing they did to me I just wanted to scream but my most couldn't make me. Once being admitted after 2 days and a car plan disagreement I decided to not sign but still leave this hospital against medical advice it feels like a lot of it to me is caring about how quickly can they get you out without searching for some non obvious sources I have never had a horrible experience past the ER but last week I was intubated here due to my auto manse disease causing it to fail and need help breathing. My son was attacked by a dog, and his injuries were severe head injury, laceration to his arm, and scratches to his body. I have to say, I hear a lot of bad things about this hospital, but our experience was quite different. From the ER, to the pediatric ward, to the surgeon and his OR team ...I couldn't be happier with the care they all took with my little guy, everyone we encountered was helpful. He is healthy all around and is never in the doctors office, so to go to a hospital for an overnight stay and surgery...they made him feel comfortable and taken care of, they explained everything they were doing and what is going to happen, they gave him a birthday present as his birthday was the day before, and even a stuffed Turtle to make him comfortable going into surgery. I'm by far blown way with the care he was given, and happy to recommend CMRC. My son was attacked by a dog, and his injuries were severe head injury, laceration to his arm, and scratches to his body. Walked with chest pain at 6:30 pm on a Friday night and within 30 min had a cardiac cath done. Superb care by every staff member, Doctor and clergy. Thank you!
If you wanna die due to new protocol for covid, get doctors that absolutely don't care about you getting better, and nurses that hate their jobs, come on in. /whispers in your ear "get.....out....."
I have had many bad experiences with CRMC over the years but this last experience takes the cake. I was verbally and physically abused by an AAR nurse, and this nurse told my primary nurse that I was lying about my situation to get drugs. I have over 50 pages of medical notes for less than 12 hours and have obtained an attorney.
It was incredible from the first moment until I was free to go home. The surgical staff was amazing and ❤ caring.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
