This woman is an elitist joke that will treat you like you are not worth her time. She had me on a combination of meds that other providers told me they had never heard of. She ruined my life with a smirk on her face.

Dr. Chen has treated me with kindness and respect, I came to her extremely over-medicated from another clinic. She helped me get off of benzos that I had been taking for years and years. Her nurse has always been kind to me I've never had a problem getting messages returned promptly. I would recommend this provider to a friend or family member. Worst Psychiatrist I've ever seen, very heartless. I have bad anxiety/depression issues and the medicines that are needed she won't prescribe me. I guess if after I kill myself I'll be dead, but at least she'll have a good conscious that she didn't get me addicted to a medicine to give me normalcy.

I would give her 0 stars but I can! She is absolutely deplorable, couldn’t get refills when I needed them (still have the messages between me and her nurse) she was very very rude and talks down to you like you are a child. She also had me on a bunch of medications I should have never been on because of my particular mental health disorders, as they just made them 10 times worse! Thank goodness I was able to find a doctor who actually listened to me tested me and for me on the proper medications so that I was actually able to either come down on the doses or get rid of some of them completely and I am doing soooo much better! Sad thing is I hear from others that have had the same experiences with her! If you are having mental health issues do not go to her, she will only make it worse! I would give her 0 stars but I can! Ji Chen is a medical gaslighter. She was rude in every single appointment, I literally would cry after every visit because of how bad and anxious she made me feel.

She is so rude and when I told her clear signs about a condition, she basically said that it was my fault. I am now with another doctor who has diagnosed me correctly...
