I always have great experiences with the front staff, MA, and doctor. We barely ever have to even wait in the waiting area or in the room where the MA and doctor see you.

Dr. Medina has been my GP for a couple of years. He is always professional but friendly and attentive. He listens when I tell him my symptoms. Before entering my consulting room, it is obvious he has reviewed my meds and profile (I am consulting a cardiac specialist in addition to Dr. Medina). In other words, he is prepared with my background each time I see him. His diagnosis, explanations and instructions are crystal clear.

The secretary is not friendly and has an attitude when you call. Get someone in here with compassion for people. These doctors are quacks. Sent my grandma home with pneumonia and when they were called about her being admitted to the E.R. They left a voicemail about antibiotics. The receptionist is the worst, she wouldn't get my grandma in even though the notes in her chart stated she needed to be in immediately. That receptionist shouldn't be playing doctor, and should get an attitude adjustment. Also once they got my grandma in they allowed her to go home and told us the pneumonia was dissipating and that she'd be fine. Now shes in the ER being told she should have been treated long before she got to them. If you love your family do not allow them to come here. I know me and my family and friends will be spreading the word.
