Visited the doctor due to him having an open schedule for consultation. Went in regarding some tendon/ligament issues. Was sent straight to xrays for a multi-step procedure, one set of xrays already were on file but had to do them again. This was before ever even talking to the doctor about my issues or concerns. He did not listen to what I had to say and then stated I was wrong about my pain which didn’t even affect the area he “observed”. He ordered more physical therapy, which didn’t help the time prior. I got stuck paying several hundred dollars for no answers and a bunch of unnecessary work.

i had a work injury and Dr rangitsch denied every possible claim that me and my treating Phyician had discovered without even had chance to evaluate my conditions in person , please refer to what people are saying about this doctor and make sure to never use him in any way

Dr Rangitsch and staff are very professional. New location was easy to access from interstate ( we came from Douglas). We are pleased with the care we received and would recommend Cheyenne Orthopedics.

Dr. Rangitsch treated my teenage son with a broken femur from a bike accident. He is from WY but was moonlighting in Joplin, MO. We live in Joplin. Dr. Rangitsch got my son into surgery very quickly after his accident and broken femur. My son had continual pain and limping for 1 year after a femoral rod was inserted by Dr. Rangitsch. We sought the help of another orthopedic surgeon 1 year later and the rod was removed by the second surgeon. He said the rod was not properly placed or secured correctly by Dr. Rangitsch - so beware.

Dr. Mark is a caring doc. I injured my wrist, and even though X-rays did not show any issues, Mark did not discount my issues or what I was feeling. He listened to what I what I was saying, and believed this needed to be explored more. I look forward to seeing him again during my follow up appointment.
