My symptoms weren't presenting at my appointment because I was taking antibiotics, but my referral papers clearly stated it, and I informed him at the beginning of appointment but to no avail. He is telling me my tonsils aren't that large and look healthy. Then, near the end of appointment, he says, "Oh...you're on a course of antibiotics??", all surprised, realizing his observations didn't include this information. Then he sent me a bill for $80 for his useless opinion. Outdated office decor with gun slinging cowboys and Indians, very unappealing. This is the most terrible ENT on the planet. He does not read up on new material. This guy is very rude.
One star. Thia guy dr Martin is a very mean man. Mr Martin overcharged me then when I refused to pay he put it on my credit report. I complained to the credit reporting agencies and eventually got it removed. Now I just go online leaving this guy bad feedback whenever I can.
Been going to Dr. Martin for years. He is the best.
I was late coming from Casper, didn’t give myself enough time to be punctual. It was in the week before Christmas. No ENT in Casper had time in their schedules to see me (can’t blame them, a difficult week as everyone wants to be seen before the holiday.) I called Dr. Martin and told them I’d arrive 50 minutes late past his closing time. He waited for me, examined me and solved my problem. Neat guy, thanks, Doc! Wonderful staff. Dr. Martin was excellent at relating to a small child and answering my questions.
Worse experience I have ever had at a doctors office. I will never see Dr. Martin again. He never listened to my symptoms and what I was telling him. I had to repeatedly tell him my symptoms and I still felt like he never heard me. Physically rough during the evaluation of my throat, sinuses, and cleaning of the ear wax from my ears. After he cleaned the wax out of my ears, they bleed for 2 days and they still hurt after 5. Office staff was very short and rude. Worse experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Dr. Martin has been wonderful to me for over 20 years
Found my tumor, got me right in to operate, answered all my questions, took time to speak with my family and extended family.
Did not listen to patient. Did not perform scope that patient desperately needed for severe sinus issue. VERY unprofessional. Pull his license....immediately!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
