She was fabulous 7 years ago, and still fabulous to this day!
I highly recommend that no one comes to this office, they have a terrible customer service and treatment, I have a really bad back problem and need help managing my pain, I have been met with nothing short of the absolute worse service I have ever had, they sent me medication I did not need, only to then (after a month) tell me to NOT take said medication, her husband has maimed various close friends of mine (Dr Brett Winter) and left them horribly disfigured, and in permanent pain, please don't make the same mistake, GO ELSEWHERE these people DO NOT care about you or your well being they only care about how much money they can line their pockets with money, please for your own sake find another doctor, God Bless I highly recommend that no one comes to this office, they have a terrible customer service and treatment, I have a really bad back problem and need help managing my pain, I have been met with nothing short of the absolute worse service I … More
Shannon has no compassionShe'll make you cryDon'tYou'll be hurting worseOn the way out the door
Caring kind. Very good Doctor Very knowledgeable answers your questions just a awesome Doctor.
Dr winters is a very compassionate and knowledgeable Dr.She takes time to really listen to you and to try and find out why you are having problems. Office staff are great.Short waiting time.
Over last few years I must admit the over all care has been a 5 star. That does not mean every visit was great but over all after getting acquainted with staff they have been great. Dr Winter and Shannon both please remember us pain patients are not always easy to deal with so give it time and work together. It's your responsibility as well to make your life better ....
Absolutely love Dr. Winters. She has helped with my pain beyond belief. Highly recommend.
Would not recommend they dont do chronic pain management.
I was supposed to see Dr Winter but they asked if I would see her assistant Shannon Treptow. I gave her a chance she tried one medicine which made me really sick and then tried the topical of it which did the same. She took me off all the meds that worked without finding something else to help. I asked the schedular if I could see Dr Winter and she said she would have to check. Instead she told Shannon who asked why and then got mad and said I could not see Dr Winter for over a month and I would just have to suffer. Shannon and her nurse were both rude and condesending. Do not go here if you want help because they clearly do not follow the Hippocratic oath. In response to their response, I did call to talk to your office. I left three messages. Nice try saying you care. You never called back once. You circle the wagons when someone calls foul. I was supposed to see Dr Winter but they asked if I would see her assistant Shannon Treptow. Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
