I'll probably avoid coming here again- I was in and out within 20 minutes, was told they couldn't do anything to help me, and somehow, after insurance I end up with a 75$ bill. For what? Having my vitals checked?... For not even 5 minutes of either doctor's time?.. The bill is due 1 month after my visit and took over half a month to arrive in the mail. I'm supposed to be able to pay 75$ for nothing so soon?.Update: I had a covid and influenza test done, thought it would be covered, and the flu test wasn't. So I ended up with a surprise bill.The fact that the costs aren't disclosed is a nightmare. All it takes is a brief mentioning that it's not covered?Also, my boyfriend came here a bit ago for just a covid test, and months later he has a 500$ bill for that and... a shot he didn't even get? How are you going to charge someone for something they didn't do? My guy is scared of needles and he would have most definitely mentioned to me that he got a shot- just because we talk about how our doctors visits go- Gonna have to reduce my rating for this. I'm not even sorry. Isn't this a scam?Nova health care needs to start providing, IN WRITING, the things a patient has done. I still can't believe that there could be more people getting surprise bills, or getting charged for things they never did.

Went with my fiancee to have her checked out. I asked how much a checkup is just in case. They said without insurance I could get it covered under "COVID relief" or something along the lines. I now have a $500 bill that they have said they knocked 20% off of. Sooooo $405 for a solution. Get your fees in writing and don't believe them. Called the clinic and was simply forwarded to an Oregon state number. No cares given as to what I was promised. Just told funding ran out and they couldn't bill the system so they have to bill me.

I am so grateful for the PA that saw me, Lisa. She took my concerns and my symptoms seriously, and didn't write me off like multiple other doctors have in the past. We are awaiting results on some things, but I still feel better than I did when I went in.

They don’t appointments over phone. Have to do online. They did rapid strep, flu and covid test . But left with out diagnosis. It wasn’t a doctor either but a PA with doctor in her ear. She didn’t listen that I been taking advil and not helping but advised I keep doing same things. I would rather pay price rate of ER than be rushed out
