Don’t go unless you are just looking to get covid tested. I came in knowing I was negative and all they did was test me for covid and send me out the door. I really thought they would help but after I called they asked me to come back in after I had already gone home.I explained that covid was not the only sickness that is on this Earth. I was dismissed as a patient and I sincerely regret going here. I was not even examined and after leaving and going to another doctor I found out I have pneumonia. I really do not recommend. Also to point out I called several times and no one answered until the third time. Please do not go here.

The experience was good the people there were very friendly and knowledgeable the only thing I don't understand is why did they bill me for my covid test and they're usually free my friends who went with me who has the same Insurance did not get billed don't understand that but I'll get ahold of them and figure it out other than that my experience was great

We need to get Covid tested, everyone was extremely friendly and prompt to get you in and out. The ladies made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

The receptionist was absolutely amazing but the nurse and doctor were not my favorite. I asked for "all the tests" and they only tested me for covid and influenza which both came out negative. I was prescribed azithromycin after being told "sinus infections don't cause body aches", because that's what I THOUGHT it could be.The doctor would not speak up he was talking so fast, so I got like 5% of what he said that whole 10 minutes.The nurse didn't tell me my vitals, she didn't get my heart and loung sounds, no one looked in my ears nose or throat after me giving them specific symptoms, and they did not check my glands. If this is some new protocol or if it's just to get me out the door as fast as possible, it was not handled well and no facility should be skipping steps out of fear of covid or wanting to get home sooner.

The PA that took care of me was kind and made me feel important. He listened to my symptoms and was thorough. I registered online and it was an easy check in and I was seen at the time I had chosen.
