Can not say enough amazing things about Dr. Massey. My 86 year old grandmother had mixed up her appointment times and Dr. Massey was SO unbelievably gracious and still took her in despite the fact that it cut into his personal time. He could have easily turned us away and made us come back another day. He was kind to me, my grandmother, and my four year old daughter who I had to bring with me to my grandmothers appointment. He did a fabulous job on my grandmothers surgery which was a difficult one that other doctors wouldn't even touch. He was so considerate and used dissolvable stitches so my grandmother wouldn't have to come out for another trip to his office. Thankful and beyond grateful.

You are in great hands with Dr. Massey. He is an amazing surgeon, has the most impressive credentials, and he is extremely caring and professional. Can't ask for more!

I felt very comfortable with Dr Massey, he explained everything to me, answering any questions I had, was kind and gentle. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Nice guy! Would definitely recommend going to him.

Dr. Ralph Massey is a brilliant surgeon. This is my 2nd surgery with him and I can't rave enough about his work. He made me very comfortable and you can't even see where he performed the surgery on my face. He was extremely professional and kind as was his entire staff. I can't speak for how Dr. Massey is because I never even got beyond his waiting room. I just left his office after waiting for over an hour because the girl working the front desk insisted I show her a paper copy of the authorization to see him (I have an HMO). I didn't think I needed to bring a paper copy. She had me sit there and wait while she supposedly was calling to get one. But after seeing people come in with appointments scheduled 30 minutes after mine being taken back before me, I asked for an update. She admitted that her fax machine was actually broken but that she wouldn't let me be seen by Dr. Massey until she had proof that I actually had an authorization for this visit. She was so rude to me the entire time and I actually got up and walked out. I am a registered nurse and believe that each part of your medical team needs to be exceptional in order for each individual member to shine. I sure hope Dr. Massey gets to read this and gets to reconsider who is possibly misrepresenting him! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I went to see Dr. Massey for a procedure and I was very impressed with his knowledge, ability to help me, and kindness. He was very efficient and friendly. I had gone to other doctors who were unable to help me with my issue. I'm very glad I was referred to him for my procedure. I give him five stars hands down.

Dr. Massey and his office staff were wonderful. Very friendly, great atmosphere in the office, and most importantly Dr. Massey took his time, and made me feel very comfortable! So happy I found him!
