Dr. Michelina was GREAT. She is very caring, very thorough, and I didn’t feel as though she rushed through my appointment!

I went to see Dr. Samantha Michelena MD, I will say she is a very kind and caring, does her job well. She will explain everything to you as a person and give you as much time as you need. Let's you make your mind up on what you want to have done, but She explained everything on each procedure there is. So if you want a good Dr. And the staff there also make your choice to visit them. I have to have a hysterectomy and I am scared but at least I'm in good hands I feel. Thank You Karen

Out of 7 pregnancies and delivery she is the best hands down…. Unfortunately I did not see her during my prenatal visits. I did meet her when I finally went to the hospital and she gave me options she talk to me she respected my opinion. I have high respect for this doctor as she treated me like a human cared about my feelings and then gave birth to my wonderful son. Out of my seven pregnancies this was my first C-section and I was very nervous and scared and she comforted me through the whole process. Highly recommend her.

Doctor Michelena is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She was fun and kept the mood light during my delivery. She was also very upfront and honest which I appreciate greatly. When the time came to make a difficult decision she gave her honest thoughts and opinions and man are her instincts correct! This is a doctor with experience and passion for her job. I am so happy and blessed she was the doctor to bring my baby into the world!

This was a while ago, but I have an anxiety disorder and needed an IUD placed. I was very nervous, bordering on a panic attack and wanted to get something less invasive. Instead of respecting that, Dr. Michelina scoffed, and told me teenagers came in and got it done so it would be fine for me and I needed to hurry up and get it over with, as she had other patients. This made me more anxious, as I felt pressured to do this and it made me feel unimportant. I wasn't even in there that long. I refused the IUD still, as I was very uncomfortable at that point. I was able to get it placed at a later date by a more patient and understanding NP at the same office. I didn't appreciate the terrible bedside manner, lack of patience, and obvious lack of empathy and care I experienced with Dr. Michelina that day.
