Dr. Caller was on call when I was admitted to from the ER. The entire hospital failed to note what kind of seizures I had history of - my EEG was botched and not documented correctly. My nurse reports that I had 7 back to back seizures over the course of a half hour - the EEG tech report shows they struggled to keep connections on - ARR nurse shows EEG was still connecting me 8 minutes before Dr. Caller read my EEG as normal with a fully cooperative EEG. Awful practice. The head nurse has an attitude everytime she is involved in anything. Appointments are at a minimum 3 months out. My mother who has MS and has been approved for her medication for almost a year and no infusions have been scheduled. You would think with a degenerative disease like MS that a little bit of urgency would be in order. Not to mention my mother was billed more for a visit than she was ever billed in CO or at the MS center. Only after being confronted was the bill lowered. Infuriating. Awful practice. I have never actually been seen by Dr. Caller but I was referred there by the Laramie Wyoming Emergency Room and was supposed to follow up with this doctor within 5 days and they kept telling me that they never got my referral I had it faxed to them and re-electronically sent to them they said they still didn't get it so I personally drove from Laramie 45 miles to take them a hand written referral. Now a month later I still have not even been called and I have been dealing with chronic pain in my right arm unable to use it and they have not even called. They told me when I took it to them in person that they would put urgent on the paperwork still no contact from them. I have to go to Denver now to be seen by a neurologist that actually cares about their patients. I would not recommend this office to anyone at all and I told the Emergency Room in Laramie about this and I hope for them to get no more referrals they are horrible! I saw Dr. Caller recently in the hospital. She spent an entire 4 or 5 minutes interviewing me. No examination and no answering questions, just tapping away on her computer. They never called to tell me they were cancelling their appointments because of the recent snow storm, nor did they call to reschedule. Therefore I decided to go to UC health. It's a shame Cheyenne residents need to use Colorado practices but I guess you have to if you want quality healthcare.

This doctor saved my life, vision, and mobility. If I could write her a recommendation to get awarded with the Nobel Peace Prize I would.

Dr Caller immediately suspected myasthenia gravis in diagnosing my husband's disease. She saved us months of struggle. I believe no one else in this town could have diagnosed this. She immediately put him in the hospital and got him started on treatments. We are so appreciative of her expertise and knowledge.

Dr Caller is clearly very intelligent and obviously cares about her patients. Staff was friendly. Overall a great experience.

Very pleasant however never actually examines the patient. Sets behind computer and types, never does any type of neuro check or anything. Seems extremely intelligent and polite but a patient would feel more secure if they had an actual exam. To make matters more concerning when notified of patients concerns instead of addressing them she simply drops them as a patient without even contacting them.
