Dr Emily Harnden is a top-notch physician who used to practice at Alpine Orthopedics and left at about the end of 2020. She did surgery on my ankle in December 2018 after a fall on ice, using the fiber-wire suture technique (and thus no plates or screws) to effect the repair which has given me a much stronger ankle as a result! Seven months later, in July 2019, she gave my wife a replacement hip joint using the anterior approach and the result was another first-class success with a shorter recovery period as a result of not doing a posterior procedure. If Dr. Harnden ever returns to the Bozeman area to practice. I would give her an unqualified recommendation! Her “bedside manner” is another strength as she is a Dr. that listens to her patients!!

Bozeman is unfortunate to have lost such a great orthopedic provider. She was my physician and I have also referred patients to her, she was always easy to consult with and always put the patient first.

3 minutes ago I would like to thank dr. Emily Harndon. I was in a horrible vehicle accident, I had two broken legs with multiple breaks, a broken arm, 11 broken ribs among other things. Its been over a year and half now and I'm a walking miracle because of her. Each surgery was a different thing to go through but she did her absolute best.
