Billie Wilkerson's Online Review Report Card

Honestly, I really liked Wilkerson. Being out of town so often has made keeping an appointment that needs scheduled so far in advance very difficult. Her office called and wanted to schedule my overdue physical, I still wasn't sure when I could be back in town, so I mentioned that I'd have to wait. I asked if they still required masks because I no longer have one and would need to get one if so. When I knew I'd be home and able to get in I called to schedule, left message and played phone tag. When I returned home I was greeted with a letter from her stating she would no longer be my physician! This was dated prior to my calling to schedule appt, nothing was said in any of the voicemails. I'm still shocked, offended and confused by the harsh wording as it states that her decision was based on my "expressed dissatisfaction with our policy regarding masking and my refusal to comply"! I will say that this was NOT the case, not even close. It went on to say that I refused to observe that simple requirement (masks) when I did not in any language state that. I do not know if I was confused with someone else, if the nurse was mistaken some how with what I did say or what happened. The absolute dismissal without speaking directly to me seemed unprofessional, unethical and not like something I would have thought Dr. Wilkerson would have presented. I'm extremely disappointed in her, in the situation as a whole and in having now to find a new doctor. Dr, Wilkerson is actually very nice and although she has become too busy to get to know you, she does listen. Her nurse however, does not.

I just left her office! I just love her! Super thoughtful and thorough as well! Best doctor I have been to! She is very understanding and listens and is up to date on what’s available and what is best for you personally! No problem is too small to her, I felt. I felt very comfortable and like I could be myself. I can’t really say enough about how much I enjoyed this visit! I was not a number and I was not rushed at all. Dr. Wilkerson has the heart of what doctors are supposed to be ❤️ No waiting, no rushing, no stress, friendly staff and she sees all ages! I recommend 👍🏽

AMAZING DR.!!! I saw her as a young teen for OB care and had many complications and although she couldnt perform the C-section she didnt just pass me off. She stayed and gave me amazing support. She sees my children and I and they love her also. Very informal on issues and concerns... And has a good sense of humor... Office staff is also really friendly and patient especially during his crazy time...

Saw her once. She was really late for my appointment. Not sure if she values her patient’s time or just her own.

She has the attitude that all of us coal miners are really dumb and talks to you like you're a child. Hard pass on this snobby doctor for me...

AWFUL DOCTOR! Would give 0 star if possible! Her staff is rude and impatient making my children cry each and every time. Then she’s always rushed and giving wrong information. I asked about multiple symptoms with my son and was told it will pass on it’s own when it in fact did not.

Friendly atmosphere, competent staff and nurses. Wilkerson has amazing bed side manner and talks to me like a friend instead of a patient.

Absolutely ridiculous! My mom told me a horrifying story of her recent visit to Billie's office where my mom actually performed her own pap smear, in the public bathroom, at the instruction of the doctor!! And then was told to take the sample in a bio hazard bag to the hospital for testing! We do NOT pay doctors to perform our own medical procedures! I simply cannot believe this was my mom's experience! So Upset!

Not a good doctor if you are pregnant! I'll leave it at that.

Dr. Wilkerson is a great doctor. She listens to You and spends time answering all Your questions. Each office visit is relaxed. Doctor's Staff are all very nice. So glad I found Dr. Wilkerson!
