We were passing through on I-90 when my son experienced an allergic reaction to something causing wheezing. The staff at Black Hills UC was 10/10 from the front desk, to the nurse, to the PA. Friendly, efficient, and thorough. My son even joked that we should travel the 20 hours from home for his check-ups! Thank you for making us feel cared for.

My son was sent home from school with a sore throat so we went to Black Hills Urgent Care. While I was checking in my son complained of being cold and the gal behind the desk brought out a warm blanket. My heart was so happy at this sweet gesture! The gals were absolutely amazing at check in and we received the same kindness from nurse Nicole and the Dr. My 5 year old was well taken care of and we were quickly in and out with a diagnosis. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They were awesome, we found out that my son needed a physical updated and I call the walk in they were so expensive and rude , so I called these people they were awesome helpful fast and very informative , I'm not even going to call the walkin. Ever again , this care is my first call in a emergency from now on
