Dr. Ulibarri and his staff were a God sent! They truly cared about my pain and helping me feel better. When they said the would get back to me about a question, pre-authorizing my MRI and surgery they followed through with their promises. How many Doctors call you back after business hours? Dr. Ulibarri called me back around 7:30 pm and already had a game plan, to perform a microdiscectomy to help relieve my pain. His staff called me back first thing next morning to get surgery pre-authorization from my insurance company started, sent bloodwork orders and got a surgery date set! My husband had to drive me from Sheridan to Gillette for my doctor's appointment and for surgery because I couldn't sit very long, I had to have my seat reclined all the way back. After the surgery I could sit up in the seat all the way home!! My lower back, sciatica and leg are no longer angry! THANKS SO VERY MUCH FOR TAKING SO GREAT CARE OF ME!

What a wonderful office. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Dr. Ulibarri is awesome. I’m from Sheridan and it’s nice to know you can go to a great doctor that’s fairly close. I would highly recommend this office for anyone.

From the moment we started with the nurse we knew we were in a good place. Questions and examinations were thorough, trying to find out what was wrong with my back. All images sent by prior physicians were thoroughly reviewed with me explaining what was causing my pain and coming up with a plan to eliminate the pain. Detailed notes were made at the time of the appointment and forwarded to my primary care doctor.

This was a terrific experience! Dr Ulibarri and his staff have been wonderful to us! Surgery went very well. I certainly would recommend Dr Ulibarri and Sean for spine problems or surgery.

Dr Ulibarri is the best doctor I have ever had. He is consciousness and doesn't want to just chop you up. I went to several surgeons before seeing him and they're recommendations would have left me with very limited mobility. k

This guy is an idiot, 2 back operations 6 months apart in 2011, still no feeling in my right foot. He sent my to one of his flunky friends to give me damage assessment, told me and the state I had 12 percent disability. It is now so bad, and so much pain I'm going to have more surgery's. Stay away from this place. There is clearly a problem there!! This Dinglebarri shouldn't be allowed near Any patient!

I was his first surgical case in 2009. Was very impressed with the surgery and his aftercare. In general having a clinic where one stop pretty much handles all is awesome. Have been impressed with all thr Docs there. Vlucky to have such a favility here.
