Earlier this year I had an emergency appendectomy and my care couldn't have been better.

Too long didn’t read; Despite a rough pregnancy, my experience with these people was incredible. I highly recommend Dr.Nicole Comer, Leslie, and all of the labor and delivery staff. I had a bumpy ride during my pregnancy. Where other hospitals failed me and honestly had terrible bedside manners, Powell really pulled through for me. Most importantly, Dr. Comer was there every step of the way. She answered all my questions and didn’t make me do anything I was uncomfortable with. She always took the time to really give me an in depth description of every option we had. When I was scared, she gladly helped me monitor the situation for my sake and she genuinely seemed to care herself. The days she was at the office late and called me to make sure I wouldn’t be worried all night. She always had me prepared for the next step depending on the direction the situation took. She sent me to a specialist to monitor the baby’s growth and make sure we were on track. I can’t possibly thank her enough for the countless things her and Nurse Leslie did for me through the pregnancy. If I didn’t have such good, genuine people helping me, it would have been much harder. The staff in the Labor and delivery wing were also incredible. Cassy really got me through the C-section prep while “Andy” the Anesthesiologist kept a goofy mood in the room which I truly appreciated. In the end we had a happy and healthy mom and baby, I don’t think it could have gone any better. I may have spelled names wrong, forgive me as I meant to write this sooner. You folks know who you are and I genuinely thank you for all the compassion. It takes something special to do what you all do!

Having my baby at PVHC was such a pleasant experience! Sharae Bischoff was my midwife & I also saw Ashley Engesser a few times. They both were amazing. They made me feel comfortable, calm & ready to have my first child. I will always have my babies with Sharae and Ashley. The only complaint I have is the lack of friendliness at the front door. They are not welcoming at all.

I have always received great care from the doctors and nurses and PVHC. Dr. Comer is a stand out among her peers, love her, love her, love her! I've always had wonderful nurses, especially those who cared for my son and I after I gave birth.

I went in there with an infected tooth. I had the unforseen luck to see Dr. Aaron Billin. It was by the far the worst experience I've ever had at a hospital. Told me that my tooth wasn't infected. Asked me about my previous health issues and I brought up the fact that I was a type 1 Diabetic. And this sorry excuse for a physician had the audacity to tell me that diabetes can't cause seizures. I've been a type 1 for 28 years. Went to Cody right after my visit with this pos, and they got me in and out with antibiotics and a Tooth Infection diagnosis in under 30 minutes. He's the reason so many people would rather die then go to Powell Valley. Take heed and go to Cody or literally anywhere else but Powell Vally.

I would like to thank the nurses for there care and compassion during a procedure I had. IAM sure they went beyond what there duties were that day. I apologize for not thanking everyone that day. With that said thank you Haylee, Jennifer and Jill for your caring.

Worst hospital I have ever been in. Don't waste your time if you have a choice.

I don't recommend going because of this reason....... I had a emergency on the 26th of April 2021 and needed to visit the emergency room at the Powell hospital only to find out as I got there to the emergency room the door was locked and could not enter. in a panic I opened the sliding doors only to come face to face with a very rude cantankerous
