Jeff Anderson's Online Review Report Card

Definitely not recommended. My mom had problem with her hearing. We went to see Anderson. He keeps saying it was her ear wax causing the problem. We went for a hearing test and the result suggested different things in the report. He refused to do any further investigation. I asked him to send my mom for CT or MRI since one of the suggested cause is tumor. He said he does not have the pull. I don't care whatever he meant by "pull", I was simply asking for further investigation. We went to a different doctor and got both CT and MRI done. The result showed a tumor on my mom's auditory nerve. She was referred to Tom Baker right away. All I want to say here is SHAME ON YOU, ANDERSON!!! YOU STILL CALL YOURSELF A DOCTOR? May be some people think you are sociable. Wait until you miss something life threatening in their test results. Still remember how you were flirting with the front desk girls when we stepped into the clinic for the last time. Your focus was never on your patients. You were totally SHAMLESS!

Jeff is a solid Doc and likeable guy. He listens and explains things clearly.

Dr Jeff Anderson is the best family doctor I have ever had. He always greets you with a big smile and handshake and genuinely seems to care about how you’re doing and how life is going. He listens and helps in whatever way he can.

LOVE Dr. Anderson! I always feel really listened to when talking to him, I feel like there's collaboration for my concerns, not just a doctor dictating what to do. I agree with what others are saying about the staff though, they always seem too busy chatting, they are rude and cold.

Dr. Jeff Anderson is okay for some things, but for your mental health, he will not help you. It seems as though he doesn't believe mental health problems exist and a referral to a specialist will probably never come. Run to a better doctor if you need help with your mental health.

I feel strongly that Dr. Anderson and his staff have failed myself an my family. At first I was very satisfied with him as he comes off as a caring and concerned physician with a pleasant personality however; he seems to be quick to diagnose and prescribe medication with little follow up. I see the same issue seems to arise in many other reviews; front office staff is terrible, little or no follow at all, failure to follow through with referrals and I completely agree with these pain points. I'm sure there are worse doctors out there but there must be better ones too. To be honest I take no pleasure in providing a less than favorable review but I see many consistencies in other patient reviews that I can absolutely relate to.

Dr Anderson is very gentle and easy going. His personality is great, but when it comes to knowledge, it is a poor. He’s very bad at referrals and follow ups, referrals take time to leave his office and most of the times they don’t call for follow ups! A doctor with a good personality is great, but it’s not enough. He was our family doctor and always has treated us as a walk-in doctor. His knowledge is very limited too. That’s why we found a new family doctor and we’re glad we did.

Good doctor, knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic. Front desk staff are miserable and should up their attitude or be replaced.
