I fell on the ice last night and Dr. Roddy took care of me. He carefully put my shoulder back into place with a calm and soothing attitude that made me trust him and feel confident in his care. He taught me how I can do it myself if it happens again-but I'd rather go to him again!

Young and lacking experience. Tried hard but still no golden ring with diagnosis. But it seems in the ER that the only thing important is not finding a cause. But what is important is that policy and procedure in trying is what counts. So it is ok and very often they have no idea as to what the problem is. Here we will treat for pain and send them away, saying make sure you follow up with your care provider. We're covered! State for ins. that life threating so we get the $$$$$$.
