I think Dr Bowers is a good Doctor in meeting with him, however he has failed to refill 2 prescriptions twice ( one of these was insulin) and I had to reestablish care elsewhere.

Never gave me my test results. Turns out, 4 years and many appointments later (with different docs because I would NEVER go back to him!), he knew about my problem, he just never bothered to tell me. 4+ years of hell and he had the results the whole time. Less than 1 star!

The best care I've ever received was from Dr Bowers & Melissa. They make an amazing team, truly caring about their patients in a way I've never known before. I'm a hot mess inside and out, but their support, understanding, and guidance was amazing to receive. The hardest part about moving from Rock Springs was saying good-bye to the people that have me hope about my medical issues, but I left with the knowledge that there ARE still great doctors out there & I won't settle for anything less ever again. 💜💜

Called a dozen times to get refills on my LIFE SAVING medications. Waited a week, called continuously, nobody from your office called me. Not one call, text, or message. I had to go to the ER and I am forwarding you the bill you asshat.

He makes sure that we’re all ok even if it’s a check up for my baby. He has always made me very happy and welcome every time. If it’s an emergency they always tell me to come up there! He is our family doctor an pediatrician. I definitely recommend him! Thank you

If you want to just go and have a problem treated this would be ok. If you look for patient continued care not such a good choice. It is like taking your car in for oil change. That is all you would get, an oil change. No checking tires, wipers, or much of anything else. Little to no questions of past patient problems or continued treatment interest for follow up.
