Very fast. Everyone was very polite and efficient and did not do any unnecessary tests. I was in and out in 30 min. Did all my paperwork online before I got there which was fast also, check in was simple. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend this place.

Checked in. Waiting room was packed and small. Recommend doing your appt online and paperwork. Waited almost 2 hrs to see dr. Staff was friendly. Only complaint is my dr had just got the flu and the dr only excused her for 1 day out!!! Also called back to get an extended dr note went straight to voicemail. No call back that day....

I never have issues with Sterling Urgent Care…..a couple of times in 5 years, I’ve had to wait longer than usual but stuff happens!!!

This was our family's first visit due to a last minute situation. I was thoroughly impressed. The staff are patient and caring. Costs are fair and better than most places in town. Will definitely visit again.

Great place unless you are trying to get a refill on a prescription. I've left numerous messages for the past week without getting a return call and this isn't the first time. Usually they call to let me know that the prescription has been sent over, occasionally they don't inform me and I just have to check with the pharmacy. I think it's very unprofessional not to call people back and keep them guessing about getting refills on prescriptions. UPDATE: Left another message yesterday with the nurse station and spoke with someone at the front desk who said they would call be back and let me know either way, I didn't receive a call back. I just called again and spoke to someone and was told I haven't received a phone call or been able to get a refill because "they get busy" and she would "try to get it filled and call me back". I did call again an hour before they closed and left another message, still no communication from them. Update: 11/12/2022 Someone actually answered the phone yesterday morning, still no return call or refill.
