This place is embarrassing to the medical field the people are irasponsbile they have no work ethic at all I have been waiting on results to a test and blood work since May every time I call to get the results there on break, they can't read there sick what what an embarrassment
You people are absolutely useless. I drove all the way down there only to find out your credit card machine isn't working. You couldn't jave mentioned that over the phone when I called? Then you try it online and say my card my declined. But yet it just worked at Dr. Uffords other office in Crossville. Surprise. Don't waste peoples time, it is absolutely unacceptable. Don't bother coming here. The Crossville branch is WAY better and the people are more kind and attentive.
Dr. Ufford takes his time and listens when you are telling him what is going on. That is the highest praise I can give a doctor and it's rare. I'm a nurse and he doesn't talk to me as if I know nothing at all. There may be a bit of a wait to see him but it's worth it.
Dr Ufford is a GREAT doctor he spends time with you and is a very caring person
Dr. Raymond Ufford is a wonderful doctor.
Frustrated seems like too simple a word to describe how I feel right now. This office will NOT tell you anything. Today alone I have called three times. The first time I left a voicemail for the nurse, never received a call back, the second time I was placed on hold for 25 mins and then transferred to someone's voicemail with no explanation. The third time I was told I would receive a call back in 30 mins. 30 mins is passing by rather quickly. I am very unimpressed with the office staff, with most of the nurse practitioners, and with some of the doctors. I hope to find a normal family practitioner I can begin seeing.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
