If you think sitting undressed in front of an open door isn't for you find another place to go.
ETA- This patient passed away a week after this post. TWO WEEKS LATER, a nurse called his widow to "check on him". After hearing of his death, her only response was, "Wow. We didn't know he was that sick." The original post proves otherwise.I would rate you no stars if I could. I have an immediate family member who has been a patient of yours for 25 years. His health has declined in the past few months, and every doctor's visit he and his wife voiced their concerns to you and your staff and were met with a very dismissive response. Yet they trusted you. After giving him many different medications that never worked and caused horrible side effects (which they were never made aware to look for), his health continued to get worse. Thankfully, his wife is proactive enough to call your office this morning and was told the best thing to do was just take him to the local ER. He is now in ICU with pleural effusion and a terrible uti caused from fluid retention but has a WONDERFUL doctor taking care of him. So thanks for nothing, Dr. Fernandez and staff. He might just be some old man to you, but he's a husband, a dad, a Papa, a father-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to so many. His quality of life matters, too.
Dr Fernandez is a very professional and educated heart doctor. My husband went in for a visit and Dr Fernandez just by hearing his symptoms knew there was possibly something seriously wrong with my husbands heart. He told us to skip the stress test and go to the hospital for a heart cath. He told him to bring a change of clothes and personal items in case he needed to stay over. My husband ended up needing open heart surgery. Dr Fernandez made arrangements with my husbands consent to go to Birmingham for his surgery. He saved my husbands life.
Best cardiologist around....most caring and concerned
If you're elderly, he couldn't care less about you. He will absolutely do the tests that Medicare pays for, but he never even looks at them. He and his staff are useless and again, COULD NOT CARE LESS. Do not take anyone to this office if you value their life at all.
Excellent and very compassionate cardiologist.
Don't go here they are slow and schedule bunch a people at one time and if your appointment says one time it's going to take hours to be seen
Wonderful caring cardiologist!
He is a wonderful, caring doctor who actually takes time to LISTEN to you and does not dismiss your opinions. He helped my elderly Mom tremendously by taking her off of some very toxic medication.
He is an intelligent and wonderful doctor!
