I'm always impressed by the way she listens and gives you time, without prompts, to state what you feel is the basic symptom and possible cause. She will let you know what she is testing for, or listening for, or looking for as she goes. She's not judgemental about bad decisions you've made regarding your health, explains the consequences of continued action and is quick to suggest or arrange for help in ending the action. She is very knowledgeable, personable, and in general a very pleasant and good person. I like her and am surprised by the negative review about her 'manors' and being a 'no' it all.
Very poor for Manors she thinks your lieing she is a no it all witch
I really liked Dr. Gibson. She was smart as a whip and paid attention to what I was saying. She was very quick on her feet in finding the facts and providing answers. I miss her and wish she were still within driving distance.
Always listened to me and would be very thorough in examination of symptoms. Plus she was super nice and treated me like s person instead of a dollar sign. I’m sad she left WRMC but I hope she finds a great place to continue practicing.
Appointments: able to set very soon when calling Nurses: takes a while to get them to warm up to you. Not much on smiling but they seem to be friendly. Reception: friendly Wait time: inconsistent, some wait times have been 2+ hours and others 15 minutes. The nursing staff does get you back to a room relatively quick. Physician: pleasant, seems genuinely concerned about patients. She is thorough during examination, very friendly. Getting Rx's sent in has consistently been an issue. Overview: there's room to improve but new offices tend to be that way. Attention to detail is not their strong suit.
