Unfortunately the office staff dropped the ball. I am a new patient, the technician was great. I had a bone density scan and my annual mammogram. I was told I would I would receive my results in 24 hrs. My records had to be transferred from my prior medical facility in CO. After 2 weeks, 3 phone calls and 2 visits I finally got results. Luckily my results were good.

Aside from the people working at the Green Valley location (Melanie, Tucker, and Ashley, who were kind and wonderful): the fact your company schedules patients months in the future is ridiculous. Then, calls to reschedule them the day of procedures after they have taken off work.
