I had 3 tests scheduled on the same day. I thought I would be there for a couple of hours. Nope....1 hour!!! Everyone was friendly and efficient.

We had a scheduling problem with our last (2nd) MRI appointment with SARA and I had to spend close to an hour on the phone and sending emails the business day prior to the MRI appointment trying to get it sorted out so that we could make the three follow on doctors appointments as scheduled. While we were at SARA for the first MRI, we saw another person experience a scheduling problem while in their waiting room. Would be great if your scheduling process was more reliable as an MRI provider.

My appointment was on time. Staff were friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

The staff and Radiology tech were very professional and kind. There was good effort made by the Radiology dept. to make the MRI as comfortable as possible. My only complaint is that I was told to be there a half hour early to fill out paperwork. The paperwork was sent electronically and I filled it out thinking that was a portion of the paperwork. Apparently that was all of it and I got there earlier only to sit for50 minutes in the waiting room for nothing.

Everyone was professional and personable. They were 45 minutes late in getting me in due to a patient issue. Not their fault, but did not like such a long delay.
