The visit was great! Dr. Kelly was very kind, especially her assistant/receptionist, and Mauricio at LensCrafters for being so attentive and helping me find my glasses, and Jailine for helping me with the appointment. Great job, and I recommend this clinic!
The staff were great. Unfortunately no one explained due to the late timing of my eye exam the doctor would not do the dilation until i had arrived for my appointment. The front staff were kind enough to explain to the doctor that i did not live close and could not do an earlier appointment and i had a driver so it would not impede me driving. She said no purely so she could run out as soon as they printed my new prescription. She rushed through the whole exam and I am worried now that they will be the wrong prescription. I do not live close and can not go earlier than what I had due to my schedule. Hopefully I get lucky and it works out. They should not do late appointments if they can not do everything included in the exam period dont make people come multiple times. It will save your practice time and make the experience better for patients.
Dr. Cohen was professional, caring and thorough.
Attention to detail and friendly customer service separates DNA Eye Group from every other!
Dr. Cohen was amazing! Also really impressed by front desk staff and assistants.
I was not impressed with Dr. Li and would not go again to her. She was not friendly, seemed to have this “I’m better than you” demeanor, and didn’t make it a comfortable experience. It also didn’t help that the exam chair was broken and she wanted me to press my forehead against metal and screws because the padding was broken off and she said it can’t go back in because it’s broken. The front desk staff was great, the gentleman doing my pre exam was great, as was Milo who I bought glasses from after. Both front desk staff, pre exam gentleman and Milo were friendly and made it a great experience - if it wasn’t for Dr. Li and the very uncomfortable exam chair I would give this place a 5/5. It was very hard to do my exam because of how uncomfortable the chair was, which was also severely high and didn’t have any back support, and the screen with the words I needed to read was crooked. I would come again to this location, but with a different doctor.
I am absolutely livid with the so-called “care” I received from Kelly Freese. She didn’t just mess up my prescription, she got it so unbelievably wrong that it damaged my day-to-day vision and left me struggling with constant eye pain, constant feeling of pressure, headaches, and strain. This wasn’t an honest mistake. This was reckless negligence. The worst part? She didn’t even bother to properly examine my eyes. She rushed through the appointment like she couldn’t be bothered and relied almost entirely on the automated machines. No detailed check. No verifying the results. Nothing. It was the most dismissive, careless exam I’ve ever experienced. It genuinely felt like she was guessing. When I asked her questions about certain symptoms I was experiencing, symptoms that any competent eye doctor should understand, she looked completely lost. She literally told me she didn’t know why it was happening and even said she had “never heard of that.” How do you work in eye care and claim you’ve never heard of a common symptom? Because of her lack of effort, I walked away with a prescription that was not even close to what I needed. My eyesight literally suffered because she couldn’t take the time or responsibility to do her job correctly. Based on my experience, I personally do not feel she should be practicing as an optometrist without additional training or education. The level of uncertainty and lack of proper examination was unacceptable. I trusted her with my vision, something you cannot undo, and she failed me in every possible way. If you value your eyes, your health, or basic competency, do NOT go to Kelly Freese. I would never recommend her to anyone.
Very kind and helpful office. I've been coming here for 1 year now and they are always willing to answer my questions about dry eyes.
El dr es súper profesional, recomiendo el lugar

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
