I strongly suggest you do not use this clinic for your mental health needs. I was denied my mental health meds. This clinic does not care about its patients.

I do not recommend this place for housing services because I went there today because I had an appointment to go look at an apartment and while I was waiting to come home my housing specialist the supervisor of that team tried to put their hands on me your employees want to try and put your hands on me I will sue your agency for abuse 100 and some other stuff too your housing specialist even tried to get rough with me and Jessica Carpenter that is and I'm not going to let you people get away with that either that's wrong just not right and I hope is suing your Agency for what they did set me to a crisis on purpose and that's wrong
One has to understand that the services are much broader than the art studios, for starters. And the art program is second to none. There is nothing else comparable, even if another thing were self pay. Things I’m frustrated about include the new web design after the name change from PSA. Everyone still calls it PSA anyway, but regardless the new website literally provides no helpful information because it is far too vague. And this is coming from someone enrolled in a program. As far as the art studios go, each has its own vibe, as one would expect. Don’t kid yourself, it’s not just art and access to many materials and learning opportunities. Twice a day the staff hands out a worksheet, usually taken from a quite dated workbook, and the participants have to fill it out or go over with staff. The problem with this is that so many times the topic is not relevant to what the person is experiencing right then (though staff is pretty good with adapting) or, what’s far worse, is that the information is dated. It is NOT evidence based because the workbook is so old that the most current research in mental health treatment is not considered. So participants are often inundated with treatment protocol that can actually be harmful — and no one in the staff feels empowered enough to address it with the higher ups. Finally, the topics are repeated way too often, in literally the exact same worksheets. All told though, I’ve gained a lot from the program and I hope to continue doing so. I just wish this one aspect of the lack of evidence based treatment would change even just a little. Do remember, of course, it’s not a compleeeeeeeeete lack, but for me, enough of one.
I love it what a fantastic place to be as you learn a new art. Or to develop your art. You can't lose being here!!!
Awesome people!! Beautiful office!! Super helpful..
this place is a joke, my daughter was in their housing assistance program her meds were supposed to be monitored however there were times that she went w/out her psych meds for up to 2weeks. About a month ago another client was moved into the apartment shared w my daughter and things went downhill from there, this new client was an addict and unfortunately my daughter was around some pretty hard core illegal drugs, she was trying to get into a treatment facility to get sober. when she spoke w her case manager and said she didn't feel she could avoid the triggers and stay sober if she returned to the apartment she was informed she needed to vacate the apartment and have all of her belongings out w/in 30days... they didn't give her the option of trying to find another place to live... I don't feel they tried to help her w her Independence or life skills (which they started they would at the beginning of the program) my daughter has been admitted 3 times into a facility for attempting to take her life since entering their program...
The Higley facility is top notch!
I am the art coordinator for Resilient Health. It is a wonderful company to work for. It has never forgotten what it is all about and that is serving the needs of it's participants.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
