Resilient Health's Online Review Report Card

Today I signed into a zoom class about 6 minutes early that was supposed to start at 12:30 I was still sitting in there at 12:50. How unprofessional, someone should have came on and said class was cancelled or let me in. When I needed therapy I was blown off. I have screen shots unfortunately won’t let me attach it.

Lady at the front desk is extremely rude. I told her my mental illness and her favorite word is no when I ask for help.

i called 2/19/25 and Trevor answered the phone as himself nothing else. i had to cold call myway into getting him to do his job. this is my doctors? correct i have the right number. okay i need help with a zoom appointment. He shouldn't be answering phone calls! Anything else for that guy "Trevor". it was like i was his very first patient phone call, and he didn't know how to take a order from a drive through yet.

***Warning to ALL Healthcare Professionals*** Please do not bring your education, talent, hard work and professional credentials to this pathetic company. You will regret the decision you made, put your professional license at risk, witness a revolving door of employees exiting the company in addition to a mountain of questionable ethics by management. Save yourself the grief and heartache. Make a wise career decision and dedicate your time as well as talents to a respected company.

I hate living in this area because of this place I have to pass by to take my kids to school every morning and to come home and my 5 year old asked why are people putting needles in eachother over there we see disgusting horrible things evertome we pass I see people snorting and shooting half naked or worse things innocent children should never have to see and it's everyday I have to distract them amd have them look the other way it's a shame they allow this

I came to this flexcare clinic from a residential treatment. I was doing really good until I got to this place. I wound up with a roommate that had extremely poor housekeeping skills and nobody ever came to really teach her. I am very clean so this was difficult. Then we got bedbugs... All they ever did was spray weekly for over 2 months. This entire time we were in quarantine. I was struggling really bad with my mental health, and nothing was done to help me. I walked out, leaving all of my belongings behind. I had to go inpatient due to the major decline in my mental health and it was the only way I was going to get rid of the bedbugs. Resilient Health caused serious damage to my mental health and I lost all of my things because everything is infested with bedbugs. I am disgusted that this place is even in business by the way they treat human beings.

Resilient health is an awesome program and offer supportive housing to those who need it. If you see any bad review on here's it's because someone was ungrateful to the fact that this program gave them an apartment with 1 roommate rent free utilities free everything covered. They offered assistance throughout the day and the staff are great. Eric has been leading it for a while and I stayed in the program and graduated after a year. Even your neighbors will tell you if you mess up that program it's on you you messed it up. I am very grateful for resilient health and to all the staff including my case manager Karina throughout my year stay. PLEASE READ THIS COMMENT and truly understand this place is great for a loved one or someone you know even yourself in need. They will help you prosper and give you true keys to success. Thank you resilient health. You guys know your awesome and you help tons of people every year! Five stars from me this was a true review. If you are grateful and accept the help they give you nobody should complain about this place.

My experience with Joseph Grant has been incredibly helpful in moving through a challenging time in life. He is thoughtful, well spoken, has empathy and challenges my old patterns and thought processes. He's an excellent counselor, therapist and teacher.

This place is a joke. Communication is non existence and my child's ked doctor didn't care. I put in referrals a year ago and kept asking and they kept telling me places are booked... ok... come to find out most were denied. I had to demand for my child to be tampered off a med that was making him worse... come to find out as soon as he was off all meds... he has been excellent. They misdiagnosed him. Also his case worker left and no one told me until his new case worker called me. It is just terrible. If u want someone to care about what your going through or help your child(children)... DONT GO HERE!!! Had to give 1 star... don't deserve it.
