The staff is really great, especially Dominique. He takes the time to stop and explain things and to give an extra personal touch. Dentists actually scare me because of past experiences but this wasn't so bad! Great for pediatrics or adults and whether you have insurance or medicaid. Their prices are fair even if it's something that isn't covered by insurance. I recommend these guys! While I can't guarantee no pain, I can say that they get the job done so you're not in pain in the long run. They were not only able to do my exam but also got some of the work done same day because they took the extra time! I got a deep clean done for a better price than anyone had EVER quoted me and my teeth feel and even look cleaner than when I walked in. I highly recommend this dental office! They are even open until 7 every day so they can work with you for later appointments or they do Saturday appointments once a month. They work around your schedule and provide great service! Plus they are a one stop shop or provide referrals whether you need a cleaning, an exam, a root canal, a tooth extraction, surgery or orthodontics!

Our baby’s first visit to the dentist was definitely the best!! He left with a certificate and the cutest smile! Staff is very friendly and informative, something we did not experience with my older kid’s dentists. I am sure all my kids will be excited to go to the dentist from now on!

I absolutely love this office and its staff! My daughter is autistic and they are always so patient, kind, and accommodating for her and make us both feel at ease! Especially the dentist herself! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave are treated and greeted with such amazing energy and the nicest people! 10/10 stars if I could! I also love their point system it makes it fun for the kids (and adults) and then you win prizes which is always a plus. Thank you for all you do!

First time and it was very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! The office is awesome for kiddos with a theater room, video games, cool decorations for the Halloween holiday!! Overall visit was outstanding!! Definitely coming back with other kiddos and they do adult care as well. Great for the Entire family! Dr Leon was very nice and Dominick was helpful and ladies at front desk all smiles very inviting and wonderful atmosphere especially for a dentist office A++

I took my son for his first appointment ever! Everyone was kind and the place looked very nice. They gave me a certificate for his first appointment and it was quick and easy! I made his next appointment in the room so it was faster to leave since he was slowly getting fussy. (Nap time) I enjoyed this dentist very much and look forward to taking him back.

Terrible experience at the Rodeo Dental Thunderbird location. I would not recommend this place. Yes, it is kid-friendly, with a movie room and free arcade games, but that does not make up for the extremely long wait and lack of communication. I was told to arrive 30 minutes before my 3-year-old’s appointment, and we still waited another 45 minutes past the appointment time with absolutely no update. I finally had to go up and ask what was going on. The front desk staff checked and told me we would be called back for X-rays, but that we would still have to wait in the room afterward for the doctor. Anyone with a 3-year-old knows that expecting them to sit and wait that long is unrealistic. If appointments are being double- or triple-booked, there should be enough providers and staff available to handle the number of patients being scheduled. People have jobs, kids, errands, and other responsibilities. We cannot just sit around for over an hour with no communication about the delay. The biggest issue for me was not only the excessive wait, but the fact that no one bothered to give us an update until I asked. Very disappointing experience.

Need to know if there is an emergency line after hours? Always so helpful and efficient! Got cleaning and cavity done same appt! Didn’t have to come back! Dr. Leon so nice made it so easy for my daughter ! And Dominic was awesome!! Thanks !!
