I wouldn’t step foot in this establishment if everything they had to offer was free! Smiles and nice attitudes are cool, but this is a place that is still meant to render treatment EFFECTIVELY. I came in at the end of April and paid out of pocket to get dental fillings. Let’s start on how it almost seems like no one keeps notes on their patients because I’ve had to explain to my story a million times to different people. I came in to get dental fillings at the April and immediately after my appointment I noticed that I had extreme pain. I was told to give it a week before the pain would die down and my bite be back to normal. A week later I came back in where I was readjusted for having pain, I paid nothing out pocket. Week one goes by, week two goes by, and my pain is getting worse. I have extreme sensitivity and I can hardly CHEW! Prior to this, I scheduled before hand to come in to get my left quadrant filled but I refused to come back until my right side healed. Nobody explained to me that it was insurance covering these follow up adjustments for THEIR mistakes. Unfortunately, I no longer had coverage by the time I got an appointment rescheduled to get adjusted. To my surprise, they expected me to pay $120 out of pocket for another exam on fillings that THEY performed. Why would I pay for a mistake you guys made and it’s not guaranteed to be fixed either?! I was in significantly less pain before becoming a patient here. I’ll be proceeding with whatever resources I have to make an official complaint because that is CRAZY.
