I wouldn't recommend coming here for anything non life threatening. Go to a clinic instead. I went in to get some pain relievers, muscle relaxers, and a Dr.s note my employer asked for due to pinching a nerve in my back. After waiting for a while in pain, I finally got attended. The nurse walked me past the double doors and towards a room. The previous attendee was barely walking out, so the nurse asked me to wait outside while they clean the room for me. Before they could clean the room, the Dr. showed up and attended to me in the hallway. I spent less than 10 minutes in the Dr.s presence and never walked into the ER that was intended for me. Months later I pay out the Dr. $695.xx & get a bill for a room I didn't use. Spending $1,0xx.xx on something you didn't use is ridiculous. Right? Well according to the lady I spoke to, an ER is an ER. If I would've known I would get charged $1,0xx.xx for walking past the waiting room, I would've dealt with the pain until the clinic opened the next day. This happened months before Covid-19 hit and am now receiving the bill. At least they have a payment plan, thanks YRMC. (Extreme sarcasm in the last sentence.)

I would like to thank the staff of out patients surgery at east campus for making me feel comfortable and taking great care of me while I was there for my shoulder surgery. You all are amazing!!!!

The entire staff was amazing and provided excellent, thoughtful care. The staff was top notch. I had a stent and triple bypass.

The staff was great. Very courteous and got me in and out within a few hours with whiplash. Helped relieve pain considerably and assurance it was just soft tissue damage as I’ve had neck surgery in recent past.

The caring and nice treatment...have been to emergency many times with different health issues and have no complaints, everything went very smooth. To Doctors and Nurses I give them a 100%

It took almost 36 hours after heart surgery to speak to a physician. The surgeon left immediately after the and the on call cardiologist never stopped by to examine or brief me on my condition. Do they treat all their patients this way or just the patients transferred from the VA Medical Center?
