30 minutes on hold to get my records sent to another doctor. Nobody answered. Thursday afternoon at 430?? They cannot possibly be that busy. From the other reviews, they won’t answer and they won’t call you back. I’m moving on.

Considering its a new building I had high expectations. I'm pretty upset . Yes they were concerned about treating the injury ag first but how do they expect me to obtain treatment if they couldn't even document my work injury to the workmans comp insurer or provide a report. . There was zero I mean it zero discussion about how this injury took place eventhough they billed the workmans comp insurer . Now my case is within the 30 denial period closing on December 15th unless one of your doctors wants to discuss my injury and document it so I can have supporting medical documentation . My knee is still giving me issues and I'm just completely at a loss for words because it would take a miracle to clear this from my conscious . Otherwise you have my information and you can contact me . I just wanted help and still do but this has put me in limbo and I can't get help even if I wanted to .

Nurse practitioner Carrie is very rude! I am shocked she is in this field. She started yelling at me because I asked for an MRI! Yelling as loud as she can and banging her computer screen with her pen. It was very weird to say the least. I'm going to a doctor to get better and I try to advocate for myself and I guess that made her very mad. No wonder this place has such terrible reviews. I bet all the other reviewers had to meet Carrie. I've never left a bad review either. Not for any of the previous doctors for all three of my surgeries. Not even for a crappy experience at a restaurant. This was so bad I had to.

Avoid this place at all costs. Nobody picks the phone up, nobody returns calls. Waiting time in the lobby was like 15 min, waiting time to see the doctor inside the exam room was over 45 min. I needed to get MRI test, and the process was ridiculous. Somebody named Angela (probably receptionist), was very unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. Zero concern about patients and their well-being at this place, what's even worse - they put lots of stress on the people with health issues. Best thing you could do - don't even consider this place as your health provider.

Trying to het a renewal of a rx is falling on deaf ears the is no human inter action with the staff of my Dr .

They need to take a class on how to pick up the dam phone and return calls .....had surgery yesterday and now have to do my drive down there to get my release papers.....I will not be using this place ever again
