List of Pueblo Family Physicians Ltd's Reviews
Incredible Doctor Cunningham. His staff is great. Get cured here, i did.
Deanna Evans Is so awful to deal with, I left this clinic. She is rude and lies and filled out my leave request even though she is not the nurse practitioner that evaluated me. She lied on the form and I have contacted my attorney and will be filling a complaint against her. I liked the practitioners and I felt they cared for me but dealing with her was too stressful when you are ill. If this practise wants to keep patients get rid of the awful office manager. Read the other reviews.
Dr Cunningham and TJ Sirrine are fantastic. The office staff are what earns this lovation a 1 star. As a patient for 5 years, the specialized focus for the PCP office, along with TJ is what has kept me as a patient. In my most recent visit here, the check in staff doesn't acknowledge you as you sign in. Both women working the front desk were unable (or unwilling to take out their airpods) Ive found insurance issues and delays in processing this information seems excessively drawn out. Every time I schedule an appointment, theres a billing adjustment typcially a week before my appointment. Although the amount of the balance is not the issue - in asking for an explanation the front desk women were not able, one didnt even hear me the other offered to get someone from billing who would help explain. She was unfortunately too busy to come discuss. After telling the front desk lady and that I would just follow up later with the office manager, she offered to get the manager. I found the demeanor, tone, and abrupt conversation surprising she was office manager she treated my concerns as though I were yelling and far too simple to comprehend insurance billing. She indicated that it was standard to take 7 months to close an pffice visit claim. She alos noted that the delays came from billing two insurance providers (one of which Id previously removed 2x with the office staff) Deanna Evans and her staff will be the reason I leave Pueblo - unfortunately for TJ and Dr Cunningham where I value them as PCPs, however the consistent attrition, poor management, inability to resolve inquiries without escalation and poor service is too a point Id rather find another provider.
Deanna E. the office manager was very rude on the phone. I asked her a question about why she called my prescription a controlled substance when it is not. And she got defensive because she realized she was wrong and began being rude telling me she will talk when I stop talking. This whole time I was not being rude just wanted to know cause it was very odd that Tj would only prescribe 30 days and her calling it a controlled substance when in fact it is not. She still never answered why she called it that. After this I told her I see why they only have 3.5 stars on Google and her response is they aren't my stars sir. Such a bad attitude for a company you work for and manage, the stars are made up from every person that works there. People/managers like her in companies give the company a bad reputation. I was told Dr Cunningham will contact me, so hope he does to discuss this issue. If this gets resolved I will come back and fix my comment and by the way I like TJ as my Dr.
Dr Cunningham is Da Best!!!
Unbelievable that we were never called back with my husband's results, we went to pick up copy of bloodwork, we called Sonogram facility, they said it was sent 4 days before. No call...we had to go pick up disc, and written copy, read it ourselves..Thank God, my husband is ok...but I want everyone to know, we will not go back...
Thomas Sirrine, he is the best primary care anywhere. He is thorough, thoughtful, kind and cares about his patients. Spectrum medical lost the one quality specialist they had and I followed him to Pueblo ( even though I live in far northwest valley,45 minutes), now TJ is a superstar in his field and works with Dr Cunningham at Pueblo family physicians. Many patients followed him. If you are cared for by your doctor, you feel it! He asks the right questions.
The 3 stars are for the front desk staff and the nurse practitioner (otherwise it would have been -1 star!). My visit for my annual exam was fine, but Kristen coded the test requisitions incorrectly and has not been willing to help make that correction even after 6-7 phone calls (that they ignore) and 1 office visit where Chandele (the coding person) didn't even want to come out to talk to me in person. Now I have to pay $150 out of pocket for test that should have been covered 100%. I wonder if they would like to have to pay that kind of money because of someone else's error?
MEDICAL ALERT! These people DO NOT care about you or your health problems! This is the third time they have failed to call in refills on a very important and life altering medication! I am in pain and suffering right this very minute and when I called to complain the front office girl named Michelle laughed in my face then transferred me to voicemail! I still do not have my ex and I have called them 5 times this morning!
TJ is amazing. I relocated from DC and was told his experience and Dr Cunningham’s would make me comfortable in a new place. Ignore what the others say, a good doctor is a good doctor and TJ is fantastic!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
