List of Phillip H Lee's Reviews
My mother has Bullous Pemphigoid. A rare autoimmune disorder. Her GP recommended Dr. Phillip Lee. The woman that answered the phone was flippant & rude. Finally was able to get an appt that I had to cancel because of the rain. My mother is also a stroke survivor and it's difficult to get her in & out in rain. The woman on the phone said the next appt she could give her was in 5 weeks! This is a disease that needs to be addressed asap. No compassion or understanding. Went to another Dr. that were helpful & wonderful.
The office staff of Center For Advanced Dermatology are the best. Dr Lee is caring, compassionate, reliable, dependable, knowledgeable. Dr Lee will 'err of the side of caution' before doing anything invasive. If 'patience' is the capacity to stay calm and cool under pressure without getting upset put Dr Lee on your doctor list.
Dr. Lee is a very good doctor. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He has very good communication skills and a very good listener. Highly recommended.
Terrible. He is rushed and very rude. He's not interested in problem solving your issue but instead quick to prescribe chemicals to put on your face
Terrible. Staff is rude. Dr Lee doesn't know how to get to the root of the problem. He only wants to prescribe you whatever meds he's getting his commission on. He is over priced and will only see you for about a ten minute appointment but charge you over $140. Questions about root causes of problem skin annoy him. He wants you in and out of his office quickly. I would not recommend him
Inspite of having an appointment my daughter was made to wait, the receptionist made a mistake with the appointment time! been siting here for 40 mins and they have been seeing other patients, all she has to say is sorry! So mad have other appointments and I'm stuck here!
Dr. Lee is a superb dermatologist! Eight years ago, Dr. Lee identified a small mark on my forehead, which turned out to be melanoma. Thus, following a successful surgery, I cannot say enough positive words to describe this extremely astute and knowledgeable doctor. Over the years, I have met regularly with Dr. Lee to treat various pre-cancerous skin conditions, as well as having him remove a basal cell carcinoma. Aside from being a truly gifted dermatologist, Dr. Lee is very patient and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Lee for anyone seeking a top notch dermatologist.
I love Dr.. LEE! PERIOD! He has patience, is caring, I feel comfortable with him, is always smiling. Couldn't ask anyone better!
I went to Dr. Lee once before and he was pretty good. However, I was running a few minutes late for my appointment so I called to ask if it would be ok or if it would be better if i rescheduled. The receptionist informed me that since i wouldn't make it earlier than 20 minutes after my appointment she would have to charge me 75$! I said that I feel like this would be something that I should have been aware of at the point of scheduling. She said "well you signed the form at your last visit, "Would you like me to read it to you?", and started reciting the boilerplate of whatever form I had signed more than two years ago. I said "Wow, ok, I haven't seen this doctor in two years, the wording from the mountain of paperwork new patients always get wasn't exactly fresh in my mind"..... She dryly says, "Well, you signed it, would you like to reschedule?" I pointed out that if that's how they're going to operate I think I'll find a different doctor. She say's "fine." and slams the phone. Wow, I remember liking the doctor (although also remember being charged for more than I had expected), but his practice is a business including its staff and policies, and this was a terrible experience. Especially since I was calling to do the right thing and inform them that I was a few minutes late. Life happens, and it can be really hard carving out time to see the doctor...... very disappointing experience.
Dr. Lee was super friendly and professional upon first impression. I've only went to his office once so far and don't have anything negative to say about him or the office. I definitely will be back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
