My experience at the Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota was absolutely fantastic. All of the doctors and the team at HRI did an amazing job and made me feel at ease during the day-long hair replacement procedure. The team has stayed in touch with me since the procedure to check-in on me and make sure everything has been going smoothly -- which it has! I cannot recommend them enough. I'm so happy I made the decision to go through with the procedure. I already feel better about myself and am so excited to have my hair back!

I cannot speak highly enough about the Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota. I am 38 and I noticed my hair falling out for a few years. I was in denial for the longest time. I finally came to grips with the fact it was falling out and falling out fast. Everything about the process for my hair replacement procedure at HRI was fantastic -- from the initial consultation with Nate to the procedure with Dr Reese. My comfort was a huge priority for everyone before, during, and after the procedure. I feel so great about everything and am already looking forward to seeing the results. I had always heard about the Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota even before I lost my hair and knew there was no other place to even look at once I decided to do something about my hair loss. I had a fantastic experience at HRI! From the beginning to the end of the process, Nate walked me through all the relevant details and answered the many questions I had extremely quickly and thoroughly. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Reese and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. Dr. Reese explained the steps of the procedure and all other relevant information patiently and kindly before the procedure, and he made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the day. Dr. Reese’s team—Merve, Roxanne, Nicole, Alec, MJ, Tatyana, Claudia, and Kimberly—were similarly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire day. Coming in from out of state, the “fly in” program was a wonderful perk provided by HRI. The hotel was directly next to HRI, which made things incredibly convenient, and Nate’s coordination and communication made the check-in process a breeze. I am now a week out from my procedure, and I am incredibly satisfied with the procedure and my experience with HRI. The entire team’s communication, precision, and attention to detail was beyond impressive. I highly recommend HRI to anyone considering a hair restoration procedure!

The owner of HRI and the staff are very friendly and the overall experience during the surgery was good; however, I went through a 2,500 graft FUE (December of 2021) procedure for the front of my hairline and didn’t get any results. The owner gave me a free redo procedure of 500 grafts FUE (February of 2023) and there’s maybe 25 hairs that appear to have grown from that so far.. Although yes, I’m upset about the amount I spent on the procedure I’m more upset about having 3,000 grafts wasted. I was quoted that only around 500 grafts total are left from my donor area before it begins getting over harvested which doesn’t allow me to work on my crown later on… Again, nice folks but no results for me unfortunately. I’ll update my review if something happens within the next 4 months or so.
