All of the doctors and the team at HRI did an amazing job and made me feel at ease during the day-long hair replacement procedure. The team has stayed in touch with me since the procedure to check-in on me and make sure everything has been going smoothly -- which it has! I cannot recommend them enough. I'm so happy I made the decision to go through with the procedure. I already feel better about myself and am so excited to have my hair back!

I had a fantastic experience at HRI! From the beginning to the end of the process, Nate walked me through all the relevant details and answered the many questions I had extremely quickly and thoroughly. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Reese and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. Dr. Reese explained the steps of the procedure and all other relevant information patiently and kindly before the procedure, and he made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the day. Dr. Reese’s team—Merve, Roxanne, Nicole, Alec, MJ, Tatyana, Claudia, and Kimberly—were similarly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire day. Coming in from out of state, the “fly in” program was a wonderful perk provided by HRI. The hotel was directly next to HRI, which made things incredibly convenient, and Nate’s coordination and communication made the check-in process a breeze. I am now a week out from my procedure, and I am incredibly satisfied with the procedure and my experience with HRI. The entire team’s communication, precision, and attention to detail was beyond impressive. I highly recommend HRI to anyone considering a hair restoration procedure!

Staff was really friendly, I really appreciate them coming in on a Sunday to work on my hair transplant. I also appreciate the doctor for drawing out potential hairlines that I want, I definitely had a few hairline shapes and eyebrow shapes in mind so he had to redraw the hairline and eyebrows shapes I had in mind over and over. Big shoutout to him and his patience. Lastly, thanks to the staff for buying me lunch and for being so nice to me again, can’t stress that enough as the whole procedure itself can be nerve wracking a bit.
