Dr. Ali is extremely knowledgeable and is always happy to help. Awesome staff too. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any doctor. Highly recommend!
I've been to this location as well. The waiting room is nice and clean. I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment and only waited for 10 minutes before being seen. The office staff was pleasant.
I would recommend Dr. Chatham to anyone needing diagnosis and treatment of blood disorders. He is skilled and very thorough.
I was referred to Dr. Kim by my primary doctor due to enlarged lymph nodes shown on a ct scan. After an evaluation, he referred me to a ENT doctor for a biopsy. After the procedure, my brother and myself saw Dr. Kim. He was unprepared for our visit, seemed annoyed that we were asking so many questions and rushed us out. He told us that he would not call me with the biopsy results that I had to keep on calling him. I could not believe it. What doctor will not follow through with results immediately after receiving when it involves possible lymphoma. I know for a fact that the pathology report was sent to him on Thursday, 11th. I even have a copy. Today is April 16th and i have not heard from him. I will not be returning to him.
Oh my gosh. The worst place I have ever dealt with in my life. I asked to be removed from thier system. They never did remove me also tried to send me for petscan and blood work when I joined City of Hope. They ignored all them I was not pursuing their doctor seong kym and yet they ignored me and sent petscan in spite of the Burbank oncology innovation and hope NOT removing my name from their system. I told them 3 different times to remove me from their office and oncology Center system. They never did. Shame on them .The worst place ever!!! Omg
Worst place ever never had a worst experience in my life with any clinic.... Bad staff
Worse place ever. Had to wait over a month to get in and then there office is crazy busy waited over an hour past my appt. plus it’s so tiny in there you can hear everyone’s business while waiting. Major hipaa violation. The the dr was horrible. Dr. didn’t listen to my concerns. I had two other opinions of oncologist of what I needed, not only did the dr not go want to go with that treatment he didn’t want to treat. Said let’s just wait and see when all my tests showed cancer. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Wait and see what, wait and see if I die. Then they kept calling me long after I told them I was seeing another doctor. If it wasn’t for my hmo saying that office was my only option after dropping my original oncologist, I never would have had to go through that. I dropped my hmo and have a new one and now happily getting the treatment I needed.
First of all, being in the medical field you need to understand you are working with people that needs help , nobody goes to an oncologist for fun , front desk was rude and unprofessional , I called to make appointment and they wouldn't even hear to my questions . I can not do a review about the doctors since I couldn't even get and appointment after being in the phone on hold for 15 minutes, definitely looking for another place.
Initial visit after cancer diagnosis: 1.5 hours in waiting room, then 2 hours in exam room. During the time in exam room, Dr. Chatham was in and out several times and may have spent 5 minutes speaking to us; meanwhile, we could hear him meeting with a number of other patients. He did not make himself available for questions and his bedside manner left no room for a "human connection". Office is very dingy, dated, and affords no patient privacy. Chemo chairs are in a hallway.
Beware of this doctor. He almost killed me by refusing to admit me into the hospital. I had blood clots in both legs and lungs. I am now permanently disabled.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
